After traveling to more than 50 countries and spending more than 25 years in wellness, I’ve built a career that brings together wellness, business, hospitality, and global experience.
I built and sold a successful e-commerce business, giving me firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, operations, marketing, and growing a business from the ground up.
I’ve held executive leadership and consulting roles with luxury wellness resorts, retreat centers, and hospitality teams - developing programs, training teams, and elevating the guest experience. I specialize in identifying and integrating emerging wellness practices and innovative health experiences that distinguish their offerings in an evolving global wellness market.
My decade of teaching English across seven countries has evolved into business and guest-facing English training, helping international teams communicate with greater confidence.
